About Biosurfactants
Biosurfactants are the products of specific microorganisms metabolized under certain conditions. It has the properties of solubilizing, emulsifying, wetting, foaming, dispersing and reducing surface tension. Compared with general surfactants, biosurfactants also have the characteristics of low toxicity or non-toxicity, easy biodegradation, safety and environmental protection.
We mainly produce two kinds of biosurfactants, sophorolipid and rhamnolipid. We use a two-stage production process of fermentation and extraction. The fermentation process is completely a microbial metabolic process, and the raw materials use plant-derived natural raw materials. The extraction process uses physical methods, no organic solvents are added, no chemical reactions and chemical components are added, ensuring the safety and environmental protection of the entire process.
Biosurfactant products can be used in petroleum, environmental protection, medicine, food, cosmetics, cleaning, home care, agriculture, feed and other fields, and can partially or completely replace the use of chemically synthesized surfactants.
Biosurfactants are generally composed of a variety of similar structures. The following is a general information description of two representative molecular structures:

Biosurfactants are a mixture of a variety of structural types, with a slight variation in the product composition of each batch due to the uncertainty of the fermentation process.
