The factory covers an area of 2,000 square meters. The production line is equipped with production conditions for the fermentation of bacterial agents and metabolites, drying of powder products, and purification of fermentation liquid. Equipment production capacity: product fermentation 5,000t/year, bacterial liquid fermentation 30,000t/year, dry powder 400-800t/year, purified product 500t/year.
Our main products are biosurfactants, including various models of sophorolipids and rhamnolipids.
Biosurfactants have excellent surface properties and special functionality and are efficient, safe and environmentally friendly bio-based materials. The product is rapidly degradable and sustainable, which can reduce a large amount of environmental protection costs for end applications. It can be used in petroleum, agriculture, animal husbandry, environmental management, cleaning, home care and other industries.
